The Implementation Supervisor is a mid-level management opportunity. This position oversees employees responsible for system setup of new and renewing clients in the billing, eligibility and claims systems. They are expected to create positive outcomes in a variety of areas including but not limited to sales support, quality assurance, and system maintenance. The supervisor serves as a front line service contact for producers, carriers, and clients. The supervisor will analyze client needs, and internal operational requirements to develop set up strategies that serve both ends. The implementation supervisor is a key technical resource and will be called upon to research and resolve technical issues, evaluate system changes, and recommend procedural and systemic enhancements.
- Resolve carrier issues associated with set up or renewal.
- Project management of implementation (new and renewing business)
- Client consulting
- Personnel duties
- Partnership with TPA leads/Supervisor
- Budget recommendations
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The position requires strong operational, supervisory, and analytical skills. Prior employee benefits experience and broad systems experience is required.
